Razeen Engineering Consultancy (REC) is proud to announce the development of the “4 Star Hotel at Salalah” project, currently at the Concept Design Stage, developed for a Private Client.
Situated on a strategic site at the entrance of Salalah, Sultanate of Oman, the project is envisioned as a modern, luxurious, and environmentally conscious hospitality destination that elevates the guest experience while respecting the local context and natural surroundings.
Project Highlights

Design strategies include:
• Solar shading and natural ventilation.
• Rainwater harvesting and water-efficient systems.
