Mövenpick Hotel & Suites Muscat, developed under the renowned hospitality brand of the Accor Group, represents a significant addition to Muscat’s growing hospitality and tourism landscape. The project is being developed by Amjaad Group at a prime location in Bausher, strategically positioned near Mall of Oman—the largest retail and entertainment destination in Muscat.
The four-star hospitality development spans approximately 24,300 square meters, offering a modern mix of hotel rooms and serviced apartments designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers while supporting Oman’s vision for a dynamic tourism sector.
Razeen Architects & Engineers proudly serves as the Lead Consultant for the entire development, delivering a fully integrated suite of professional services from project inception through construction. Razeen’s role began at the earliest strategic stages of the project, including feasibility studies, operator selection and appointment, and master planning, ensuring the development aligns with international hospitality standards and market demand.
