Razeen Iftar Gathering – Holy Ramadan 2024

Many companies are keen to organize a group Iftar for their employees and workers during the holy month of Ramadan, which contributes to enhance social communication among employees and reflects positively on the work environment.
Such occasions are a good opportunity for the whole group employees to communicate personally, especially since many working conditions in some entities do not allow their employees to communicate, in addition to the different work locations for many employees.

Razeen’s Ramadan gathering also works to enhance the communication between managers, officials, and their employees, which reflects positively on the work climate, removes many barriers, and represents an incentive for many employees to give their best during their work, especially young workers, who do not have many opportunities to communicate with their superiors.

The importance of this event cannot be overlooked in supporting the work climate, by holding meetings and work discussions during them, especially between managers and officials, who sometimes work conditions do not allow for direct communication, especially considering working in different sites belonging to the Group.

Razeen’s iftar held at the Royal Tulip Muscat. The Iftar comes within the goals of the top management, which seeks to achieve familiarity, love and social spirit between officials and employees. Eng. The employee organizers of the party explained that the company takes the initiative every year to organize a group iftar for employees on the month of Ramadan, with the aim of renewing communication, instilling affection, love, brotherhood, and exchanging conversations among employees.
