Liwan Mabela is envisioned as a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring retail shops, dining establishments, entertainment facilities, and office spaces. The complex will be a focal point for community activities, centered around a large, landscaped plaza designed for social interaction and events.

Strategically located near key landmarks and residential areas, Liwan Mabela will enhance the local community’s accessibility to quality leisure and business facilities. With the brand name of Accor group of hospitality, Movenpick in Oman is being developed by Amjaad Group at a prime location in Muscat.

The 4 star hospitality component located in Bausher nearby the biggest shopping destination in Muscat, Mall of Oman. With an area of 24.300 sqm, the hotel serves rooms as well as apartments.

Razeen is to start the consultancy design services for the upcoming hospitality and entertainment masterplan development located in the city of Sur, South Sharqiyah Governorate. Keeping in mind that on a previous occasion, Amjaad Group (through its subsidiary “Sur Front Company”) has signed an investment and development agreement with the Office of the Governor of South Sharqiya, for the development of an integrated tourism and commercial project located at the heart of Sur’s new city-centre, which is envisaged to be the city’s new commercial and entertainment hub.

The agreement was signed with a well-known hotel operator company agreed that the Sur hotel will be operated by HMH under its Coral brand. This expresses the importance of choosing a hotel operator with a wide network and experience, both in the GCC and MENA region.

This agreement also represents an important step to promote Sur as one of the most important tourist destinations in the Sultanate. It will contribute to raising the standards of hospitality and services provided by the city of Sur to a new level, as it was recently chosen as the Arab Tourism Capital for the year 2024.

The master development project “Sur Front” will be executed over three phases. The first phase focuses on the hospitality and outdoor entertainment zone, followed by the retail and indoor entertainment zone, and finally, the residential, office, and complementary services zone. Once all phases are complete, Sur’s new commercial and entertainment hub will come to life.

The project’s first phase will have a 4-star hotel, which includes standard hotel rooms, serviced apartments, and chalets. Additionally, there will be a water entertainment centre, outdoor playgrounds, and a multi-purpose hall. Phase 1 components will be developed on a land area of 50,000 square meters, which is part of a larger 195,000 sqm masterplan development, adjacent to Sur’s upcoming public park.
