Razeen Architects and Engineers and OQ during a meeting with His Excellency the Governor of Musandam and in the presence of most of the concerned parties regarding the execution of Musandam Culture and Innovation Centre project after Amjaad Group was chosen to design and execute the centre. Razeen deals with OQ as a very important client, as a global company working in the energy field, with its roots rooted in the Sultanate of Oman and a strong presence in 17 countries.

The company’s operations cover the entire value chain from oil and gas exploration and production, through refineries and petrochemicals, to finished products and their distribution. Razeen is also interested in implementing its role in the field of social responsibility and partnership between sectors, and today contributes to the design of one of the most important centres in Oman, which is designed in a modern manner and with the highest standards of quality, safety, and newest technology to achieve the goals that were set for the centre.

His Excellency Sayyid Ibrahim bin Said Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam, presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the Musandam Cultural and Innovation Centre project in Khasab, Musandam Governorate. The centre will be constructed on a 10,500 square metre site with a built-up area of 2,733 square metres.

The project will be managed by OQ Exploration and Production, an OQ Group company, with contributions from PDO, Occidental Oman, BP Oman, Daleel Petroleum, CC Energy Development and ARA Petroleum, design & build by Amjaad Group. This collaboration underscores a collective effort towards social responsibility and the enrichment of local communities.

Strategically located within the expanding university campus, the project has been developed to support the institution’s academic growth and enhance the learning environment through modern, efficient, and sustainable design solutions.

    • Proposed asphalt roads (Type-01 & Type-02).
    • Surface parking for 334 vehicles (159 front side existing + 175 rear side).
    • Bus parking provision (15 buses).
    • Drainage systems and infrastructure coordination.

    The building consists of G+2 floors, with a total built-up area of approximately 9,920 sq.m., distributed as follows:

    • Ground Floor: 3,290 sq.m.
    • First Floor: 3,270 sq.m.
    • Second Floor: 3,270 sq.m.
    • Roof Area: 90 sq.m.
    The spatial layout includes:
    • Lecture halls and classrooms.

With a total built-up area of 15,964 square meters, the project is designed to deliver a vibrant retail and lifestyle destination that caters to diverse community needs.

  • Integrated Retail Concept: Muscat Square is thoughtfully planned to accommodate a hypermarket, retail shops, anchor tenant spaces, gym facilities, food court, creating a comprehensive shopping and entertainment experience under one roof.
  • Efficient Space Planning: :The project spans a total plot area of 9,852 sq.m., with optimized floor layouts including ground and first-floor retail spaces, basement pump room, and roof-level service
  • Parking Provisions: A dedicated car parking plot of 3,642 sq.m. has been designed to support the development, providing 226 parking spaces against a requirement of 187 spaces, ensuring convenience and accessibility for visitors.

Planned on a generous site area of approximately 50,000 square meters, the project is envisioned as a comprehensive reform and guidance facility dedicated to the care, rehabilitation, and reintegration of juveniles into society

With the brand name of Accor group of hospitality, Movenpick in Oman is being developed by Amjaad Group at a prime location in Muscat.

The 4 star hospitality component located in Bausher nearby the biggest shopping destination in Muscat, Mall of Oman. With an area of 24.300 sqm, the hotel serves rooms as well as apartments.
