Razeen Highlights Progress on Italat Dhank Park Project
Dhank, Al Dhahirah Governorate, Oman — Razeen Architects and Engineers is pleased to highlight the ongoing progress of the Italat Dhank Park, a major recreational and community development designed to create a vibrant destination for residents and visitors of Dhank and the wider Al Dhahirah Governorate.
Located in Dhank, Al Dhahirah Governorate, the project covers a built-up area of more than 60,000 square metres and is designed as a comprehensive recreational destination that brings together leisure, wellness, sports, family entertainment, and community facilities within an integrated environment.
A Destination for the Community
Italat Dhank Park is planned to offer a diverse range of facilities catering to different age groups and community needs. The development includes swimming pools, restaurants, a drive-thru, children’s play areas, sports facilities and grounds, open gyms, prayer rooms, and supporting amenities.
The park’s design places particular emphasis on creating accessible and welcoming outdoor spaces where families, residents, and visitors can enjoy recreational activities, exercise, social interaction, and community gatherings.
Architecture Inspired by Its Context
The design of Italat Dhank responds to the character of its surroundings while creating a contemporary recreational environment. Landscaped areas, shaded spaces, gardens, and carefully planned pedestrian routes are integrated throughout the development to create a comfortable experience for visitors.
Sustainability is also an important consideration in the design, with attention given to water conservation, the use of appropriate local planting, environmentally conscious materials, and energy-efficient solutions.
Construction Progress and Supervision
With construction underway, Razeen Architects and Engineers is actively carrying out supervision of the project, working closely with the project stakeholders and contractor to ensure that construction progresses in accordance with the approved design, quality standards, and project requirements.
The project is progressing very well, with construction activities advancing steadily towards the completion of this significant community destination.
