This 200-key, 4-star hotel resort is a significant development, encompassing various facilities that promise to offer an exceptional hospitality experience. The client for this prestigious project is the Social Protection Fund (SPF).
Located in the scenic city of Nizwa, the project spans a built-up area of 23,431 square meters. The development includes the main hotel building, chalets, a staff canteen, an energy center, and separate male and female staff accommodation buildings.
The design phase of the project has been successfully completed, and it is now in the supervision stage. Our team at REC is committed to ensuring that the project is executed with the highest standards of quality and precision.
