Wudam, Sultanate of Oman — Razeen Architects and Engineers is pleased to announce the Al Marjan Officers’ Mess at SBSNB, a hospitality and leisure development designed to provide a refined destination for naval officers and their families.

The development is designed to offer a distinguished arrival experience, featuring a grand reception hall and VIP lounges, complemented by spacious dining and event facilities. The main dining halls are designed to accommodate up to 400 guests, providing flexible spaces for formal occasions, gatherings, and social events.

Designed Around Privacy and Family Comfort
Privacy and user experience are central to the planning of Al Marjan Officers’ Mess. The project incorporates dedicated facilities for women, family lounges, a separate dining area, and controlled staff-served sections within selected departments.
The accommodation component includes guest suites, while administrative offices, a central staff area, and a dedicated staff service centre have been carefully positioned to support efficient operations while maintaining appropriate separation between guest and service areas.
Connecting Architecture with the Coastal Setting
The outdoor environment has been designed to complement the site’s natural character in Wudam. The development includes parking facilities for at least 200 vehicles, landscaped areas, shaded outdoor spaces, and seating areas, with carefully framed views towards green spaces and the seashore.
The overall design seeks to create a seamless connection between the built environment and its coastal surroundings, providing a calm and welcoming setting for relaxation, social interaction, and family activities.
