Strategically located within the expanding university campus, the project has been developed to support the institution’s academic growth and enhance the learning environment through modern, efficient, and sustainable design solutions.

    The project is carefully positioned within the university master plan, ensuring:

    • Direct connectivity to existing academic blocks, student facilities, and infrastructure.
    • Organized vehicular entry/exit points linked to Road No. 05 and Road No. 2.3.
    • Retention and integration of existing parking areas.
    • Clearly defined pedestrian pathways for safe student movement.

    The site development includes:

    • Proposed asphalt roads (Type-01 & Type-02).
    • Surface parking for 334 vehicles (159 front side existing + 175 rear side).
    • Bus parking provision (15 buses).
    • Drainage systems and infrastructure coordination.

  • Architectural & Spatial Planning

    The building consists of G+2 floors, with a total built-up area of approximately 9,920 sq.m., distributed as follows:

    • Ground Floor: 3,290 sq.m.
    • First Floor: 3,270 sq.m.
    • Second Floor: 3,270 sq.m.
    • Roof Area: 90 sq.m.
    The spatial layout includes:
    • Lecture halls and classrooms.
    • Faculty and administrative offices.
    • Laboratories and support facilities.
    • Vertical circulation cores (stairs and ramps) ensuring accessibility.
    • Efficient zoning between academic, service, and circulation areas.

    The development coordinates with the existing campus infrastructure, including:

    Road networks, box culverts, kerbs, and drainage systems have been designed to ensure long-term durability and effective stormwater management.
